Mary Anne is passionate about her work developing global leaders through greater self-awareness and increased quality of conversations. She creates a learning space where individuals and teams can recognize their strengths and challenges and examine how their behaviors and beliefs are impacting relationships and performance. Focusing on self-awareness, authenticity and communication, Mary Anne takes an inside-out approach that empowers leaders to build better relationships through open dialogue and decision making.
Mary Anne has a strong interest in supporting women in leadership and is the former Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ) Diversity & Inclusion Committee (2015-2020) and President of Foreign Executive Women (FEW) Kansai. She holds a BA in East Asian Studies from Stanford University and is a certified practitioner of MBTI and Lumina Spark. She is also certified in Intercultural Management by Hofstede Insights.
